ARCL Organics has finalized a definitive agreement, executing a sale deed for land from Mr. Sandeep Patel and taking possession of Vishvam Formalin's plant and machinery at a Gujarat facility for 23 Cr. The acquired assets, including land, industrial plant, and equipment, are specifically for manufacturing powder resins. This move is set to strengthen ARCL Organics' manufacturing footprint and significantly enhance its operational capacity. A sale deed with Mr. Hasmukhbhai Patel and Angel Resins remains to be executed.
