    Leading Leasing Finance board OK'd increasing authorized capital from Rs 60 Cr to Rs 115 Cr. They also approved issuing 42.01 Cr shares at Rs 4 (converting loans) and 5 Cr new shares at Rs 5. All moves need shareholder approval.
