Zota Health Care LImited — JV/Acquisition, 16-02-2026: Acquisition

Zota Health Care has acquired an additional 21.80% stake in its subsidiary, Everyday Herbal Beauty Care Limited (EHBCL), for ₹19.47 Cr via a rights issue. This increases Zota's total holding in EHBCL to 87.78%. EHBCL, which manufactures and markets cosmetic, ayurvedic, and OTC products under the "Khadi India" brand, had a FY25 turnover of ₹11.44 Cr. This move is a strategic backward integration, strengthening Zota's control over its supply chain and product portfolio in the personal care segment.
