This new entity, with an authorized capital of 4.00 Cr and paid-up capital of 2.50 Cr, is set to manufacture plastic and polymer products through injection moulding and related processes. This strategic move creates a new business vertical, enhancing Sizemasters' operational scope and positioning it for additional revenue generation. The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations.
