Hi-Tech Gears reported Q3-FY26 consolidated revenue grew 9% YoY to 223.5 Cr, though 9M-FY26 revenue saw a 4.5% YoY dip to 679.8 Cr. Profitability faced significant headwinds, with Q3 PAT down 87% YoY to 0.9 Cr and 9M PAT falling 57.8% YoY to 12.9 Cr. This was primarily impacted by increased employee costs and uncertainty in the North American market.

The company is strategically focusing on operational efficiency in India, refurbishing its forge and machine shops, and insourcing forgings. THGL is making significant strides in EV, having won and commenced production for Hero MotoCorp and Dana. They've also secured new business from a market leader in India's premium motorcycle segment and entered the Indian Passenger Car SUV segment with Mahindra & Mahindra.

Diluted EPS for 9M-FY26 stood at 6.83. The company has notably improved its financial health, boasting a Net Debt to Equity of 0.06x and a Cash Conversion Cycle of 20 days (H1 FY26). Management expects ongoing efficiency programs to drive future throughput and profitability, with new business ramp-ups anticipated over 2-3 years.
