Strides Pharma's subsidiary, Arco Lab, acquired the remaining 50% of IT services firm Neviton Softech for 21.77 Cr. Neviton, with recent turnover of 27.08 Cr & PAT of 4.26 Cr, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move enhances Arco Lab's IT capabilities and group digitization.
