UFLEX Limited — PPTs, 17-02-2026: Investor Presentation
UFlex's revenue for the recent nine-month period grew 0.8% YoY to Rs 11,416 Cr, with the recent quarter's revenue at Rs 3,633 Cr, down 3.8% YoY. This dip was primarily due to lower packaging film volumes and realizations, influenced by increased imports and FMCG inventory adjustments. However, flexible packaging volumes showed growth.
The company is strategically investing in high-growth areas like aseptic packaging, WPP bags, and recycling. Key projects nearing completion include an aseptic packaging facility in Egypt and a WPP bag plant in Mexico, alongside new recycling units in Noida. A new BOPP film line is also planned in Dharwad, India.
UFlex launched notable product innovations across chemicals, flexible packaging, holography, and films, emphasizing sustainable solutions. Normalized EBITDA for the recent quarter was Rs 440 Cr (12.1% margin), a 16.1% YoY decline, with profit after tax at Rs 49 Cr. Management anticipates a recovery in the upcoming quarter, expecting these new capacities to boost future revenue and profitability.
