India Ratings and Research has affirmed NTPC's long-term issuer rating at 'IND AAA' with a Stable Outlook. Existing Non-Convertible Debentures (INR45,001 Cr) and Commercial Papers (INR7,600 Cr) were also affirmed. The agency assigned 'IND AAA'/Stable ratings to proposed NCDs of INR18,000 Cr and new bank loan facilities worth INR6,000.1 Cr.
