    Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy granted 21.49 lakh employee stock options at Rs 172, a ~15% discount to market price, potentially diluting equity. The maximum options an employee can receive under ESOP Plan II 2025 also increased to 2.75 lakh from 1.90 lakh.
