Paradeep Parivahan Ltd — Important, 17-02-2026: Company Update

Paradeep Parivahan announced a corrigendum to its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting notice concerning a preferential warrant issue. This follows an observation from BSE regarding an ineligible proposed allottee. Consequently, the company has reduced the warrant issue size to 10.4 lakh convertible warrants, aggregating to Rs. 16.27 Cr. These warrants, priced at Rs. 156.46 each, will be allotted to promoter Khalid Khan (8 lakh) and non-promoter Jigish Sonagara (2.4 lakh). The funds raised will be utilized 75% for working capital and 25% for general corporate purposes. E-voting will re-open for 48 hours.
