Valecha Engineering Limited — Results, 17-02-2026: Integrated Filing- Financial

Valecha Engineering announced a board meeting to review its Q3 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations plunged 59% YoY to ₹3.23 crore. Despite the sharp revenue decline, the company successfully narrowed its net loss for shareholders to ₹28.50 crore, an improvement from ₹31.30 crore in the year-ago quarter. Basic loss per share also improved to ₹21.54. This reduction in losses was primarily due to lower finance and construction costs. However, significant concerns remain regarding subsidiary asset recoverability, an ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for a key subsidiary, and unassessed goodwill impairment.
