Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Ltd — Important, 17-02-2026: Company Update

Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 09, 2026, via video conference. The EGM will seek shareholder approval for issuing up to 1.29 Cr convertible warrants on a preferential basis to non-promoter entities. Each warrant, priced at Rs. 214 (including Rs. 204 premium), will convert into one equity share of Rs. 10 face value within 18 months. This move could dilute existing equity but also bring in capital. Remote e-voting for the EGM will be open from March 06, 2026, to March 08, 2026.
