Kaycee Industries has announced a postal ballot for key management changes and a share transfer update. Shareholders will vote remotely on two special resolutions: re-designating Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy from Whole-Time to Non-Executive Director, effective March 31, and appointing Mr. Pravin D. Zagade as Manager and COO, effective April 1. The e-voting period runs from February 21 to March 22. Additionally, a special window is open until February 4, 2027, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests rejected before April 1, 2019, which will be processed in demat form with a one-year lock-in.
