This provides a significant capital inflow to the company. AIPL's net worth stood at approximately ₹115.84 Cr as of March 2025, with Nil turnover.

**Company's Plan:** AUTOIND's wholly-owned subsidiary, Autoline Design Software Ltd. (ADSL), still holds a 1.52% stake in AIPL. This remaining stake is expected to be transferred by March 05, 2026, fully concluding the divestment. The buyer, MNSC Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd., is not part of the promoter or related party group.
