Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem (TATVA) is investing Rs. 4 Cr to acquire a 10.99% stake in AMPIN C&I Power Twenty Six Private Limited. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will establish 9.9 MW solar and 9.9 MW wind power plants in Gujarat. The acquisition secures TATVA a long-term source of 3.2 MW solar and 3.2 MW wind power for captive consumption. This strategic move aims to significantly reduce the company's energy costs and increase its renewable power share, aligning with its commitment to sustainable and cost-efficient operations.
