Prime Fresh Ltd — Important, 18-02-2026: Company Update

Prime Fresh Limited has invested an additional 0.84 Cr in its subsidiary, Florens Farming Private Limited, by responding to a call for Rs. 12 per share on 7,00,000 partly paid-up shares. This brings the total investment for these shares to 0.98 Cr (at Rs. 14 per share), following an initial 0.14 Cr. Florens Farming, which is engaged in agriculture and horticulture, reported a turnover of 21.64 Cr in FY25. This investment aims to finance the subsidiary's business development and expansion.
