Affordable Robotic's board approved boosting authorized share capital from Rs. 12 Cr to Rs. 20 Cr. They also greenlit a preferential issue of 6.05 lakh shares to Atri Energy Transition Pvt Ltd for Rs. 15 Cr at Rs. 248/share. Both moves need shareholder nod.
