Uday Jewellery Industries announced that its amalgamation with Narbada Gems and Jewellery Limited is now complete. Following the filing of necessary documents, Narbada Gems and Jewellery is dissolved, with all its assets and liabilities transferred to Uday Jewellery Industries. This strategic consolidation strengthens the company's operational base and financial standing. As a result, Uday Jewellery Industries' authorized share capital has automatically increased to Rs. 47.50 Cr, comprising 4.75 Cr equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This move provides a larger capital base for future growth.
