Fortis's promoter, NTK, amended its claim against Daiichi Sankyo in a Tokyo court. The change seeks to prevent obstruction of future Fortis investments. Existing claims include INR 10,929.94 Cr and JPY 5 million for damages. NTK reserves rights to further amend the amount.
