Spicejet Ltd — Important, 20-02-2026: Company Update

SpiceJet has significantly improved its domestic market position, more than doubling its share from 1.9% to 4.3% in three months. This rebound was driven by a 56% capacity expansion and the addition of 16 aircraft in Q3. The airline’s Available Seat Kilometres (ASKMs) doubled from 55 crore to 105 crore. SpiceJet plans to more than double its capacity to 220 crore ASKs by Winter 2026, aiming for over 300 daily flights and a fleet of around 60 aircraft, including 10 new inductions via MoU, signalling strong operational recovery and network growth.
