India Glycols plans to demerge its Spirits & Biofuel unit into IGL Spirits and Biopharma into Ennature Biopharma. Shareholders get 1 Ennature share for 3 IGL shares, and 1 IGL Spirits share for 1 IGL share. The company's unsecured creditors amount to ₹1,120.11 Cr.
