SURAJEST plans to undertake real estate development on this plot, expanding its project pipeline. The acquired entity's prior business of furniture refurbishment and its past small revenues (FY25: ₹0.17 Cr, FY24: ₹0.37 Cr, FY23: ₹0.46 Cr) are not the primary focus, as the acquisition is solely for the land for development. The deal is expected to be completed within 30 days.
