Samor Reality Limited has updated its partnership deed for "The Leela by Samor" real estate project, inducting Swastik Landmark Projects LLP as a new partner. This change revises the project's ownership and profit/loss sharing structure. Samor Reality's capital contribution in the project has increased from 50% to 56.25%. Its share in the project's profits and losses has also been adjusted from 75% to 56.25%. This move reflects a partial transfer of interest, impacting the company's future earnings distribution from "The Leela by Samor" project.
