Following the execution of the Conveyance deed, the company received the full sale proceeds of Rs. 257.88 Cr, which includes an initial advance and an additional amount for extra land sold. This significant cash inflow concludes a major asset monetization. Post-sale, the company retains only a marginal 2,520 sq mts of the Thane land, marking a substantial change in its asset base and financial position.
