NHPC faces an arbitration award of Rs 227.82 Cr and EUR 26,66,029, plus interest and arbitration costs (Rs 1.57 Cr + USD 10,000) for the Kishanganga project. The award is under examination. NHPC's Rs 738.67 Cr counter-claims are pending.
