    Vishnusurya Projects and Infra's board approved forming a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary for mining & infra, Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Thoothukudi, with 0.01 Cr capital. They'll also invest up to 5 Cr in CWS Pvt Ltd, an SPV for a Chennai water supply project, starting with 0.005 Cr.
