PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 23-02-2026: Company Update

PVV Infra's Board has approved the allotment of 9,86,64,284 partly paid-up equity shares from its Rights Issue. Each share was issued at ₹5/-, with ₹1.25 received on application and allotment. The remaining ₹3.75 per share is payable in future calls. This expands the company's paid-up share capital to 11,51,08,332 fully paid shares (₹57.55 Cr) and 9,86,64,284 partly paid shares (₹12.33 Cr paid-up). This move strengthens the capital base and provides future funding flexibility.
