Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL) is acquiring the remaining 35% stake in its Saudi Arabian joint venture, Kalpataru IBN Omairah Company (KIOCL), for SAR 10 Million. This makes KIOCL a wholly-owned subsidiary, a strategic move to solidify KPIL's presence in the Kingdom's Power Transmission, Distribution, and Substation EPC market. While KIOCL reported a SAR 22.96 Million loss on SAR 90.79 Million turnover in FY25, this acquisition enhances KPIL's control and market penetration in a crucial geography.
