Mukka Proteins has fully acquired Ento Proteins Private Limited (EPPL) for Rs. 0.323 Cr, making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. This strategic move significantly strengthens Mukka Proteins' alternate proteins business by integrating EPPL, a manufacturer of insect meal and insect oil. For FY25, EPPL reported a turnover of Rs. 7.46 Cr and PAT of Rs. 0.49 Cr. This acquisition enhances Mukka Proteins' product portfolio, tapping into the growing demand for sustainable protein sources and positioning the company for future growth in this innovative segment.
