Praveg Limited has mutually terminated its inventory arrangement with Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) for the Praveg Beach Resort Lighthouse in Daman, effective June 7, 2026. The company will now independently operate and manage this specific property. Importantly, the inventory arrangement with MHRIL remains in force for all other Praveg properties. This decision is in the ordinary course of business and is not expected to have any material adverse impact on Praveg's operations, financial position, or future business prospects, signaling a smooth portfolio adjustment.
