Clio Infotech Ltd — Important, 24-02-2026: Company Update

Clio Infotech's Board of Directors has made key changes to its leadership and governance structure. Mr. Ashwini Kumar Pareek has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director and the new Chairman of the company. Concurrently, Mr. Sujal Amrutbhai Koshti has resigned as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and from his roles on the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Following these changes, all three committees have been re-constituted, with Mr. Pareek joining them as a member. This reshuffling aims to strengthen the board and committee oversight for future operations.
