This facility carries an 11.75% p.a. floating interest rate with a 72-month tenure. The loan is robustly secured by an equitable mortgage on the project's land in Noida, hypothecation of future sales receivables from both sold and unsold units, and an exclusive charge on the project's escrow account. This funding is critical for advancing the key development project.
