Following its Audit Committee's advice, the Board approved the loan at 10% annual interest for a 2-year period, to be disbursed in tranches. Nimbus holds a 25.32% stake in WRL, and common directors are involved, classifying this as an arm's length related party transaction. The company previously borrowed Rs. 5 Crore unsecured from WRL, with Rs. 2 Crore currently outstanding. This additional capital will support the company’s business operations.
