Waa Solar Ltd — Important, 24-02-2026: Company Update

WAA Solar has appointed Mr. Mohanan Shankaran Choran as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Choran brings over 55 years of experience, including two decades as a Finance Director in a public limited company. This follows the resignation of Mr. Mangi Lal Singhi from his roles as Non-Executive Director, CFO, and KMP. Consequently, the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees have been reconstituted. These leadership changes ensure continuity in financial oversight and corporate governance for the company and its shareholders.
