Afcons Infrastructure Limited — Important, 24-02-2026: Disclosure of material issue

Afcons Infrastructure provides an update on its EPC contract in Gabon. The client, SOCIÉTÉ AUTOROUTIERE DU GABON (SAG), has issued a termination notice for the NR1 project, valued at approximately EUR 113.03 million. Notably, 93.47% of this project was already completed.

Afcons maintains that the termination is inconsistent with contractual terms and applicable law, and the company is actively pursuing its contractual and legal remedies. Importantly for investors, Afcons states this dispute is project-specific and does not anticipate any material adverse impact on its overall order book, operational capability, or business outlook.
