Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited has reconstituted its key Board Committees following an Independent Director's resignation and the appointment of Mrs. Bharti Rastogi as a new Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The Board approved changes to the Shareholder’s / Investors Grievance Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration/Compensation Committee. Mrs. Rastogi will now chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and serve as a member of the Investor Grievance Committee. These adjustments maintain strong corporate governance and oversight for shareholders.
