    HealthCare Global announced a rights issue of 8.29 million shares at ₹512/share, raising ₹424.68 Cr. Proceeds will repay ₹170 Cr in debt and part-fund acquiring a 34% additional stake in its subsidiary, Vizag Hospital, for ₹154.04 Cr, plus general corporate purposes.
