Q3 consolidated EBITDA rose to ₹30.99 Cr. Dirok gas sales averaged 13 mmscfd at $7.32/mmbtu, constrained by demand. Management anticipates Dirok production to triple in FY27 to 40-45 mmscfd once the Northeast Gas Grid hook-up completes by March 2026, boosting offtake. Current drilling progresses at Kharsang (targeting 1000+ bpd oil) and Cambay. Offshore drilling for PY-1 and B-80 is delayed, notably by an unresolved ₹259 Cr payment dispute with HPCL over alleged crude contamination. This issue, expected to delay plans by 4-6 months, is being pursued amicably. The company aims to unlock substantial value from its ~100 million barrels of oil equivalent resources.
