    KSB Ltd. Board approved consolidated Q4 & FY25 results. They declared a final dividend of INR 4.40 (220%) per share, subject to shareholder approval at the May 20 AGM. Mr. Rajeev Jain was re-appointed as MD for 5 years, effective July 1, 2026.
