    Sanofi India Limited — Board Meeting, 25-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Sanofi India's board approved FY25 financial results: Revenue ₹1,837.4 Cr, Profit ₹326.7 Cr (continuing ops). They proposed a final dividend of ₹48/share, for a total FY25 dividend of ₹123/share. Rajani Kesari & Sudipta Chakraborty also appointed as new directors.
