Bank of Baroda — Credit Ratings, 25-02-2026: Credit Rating

ICRA Ratings assigned [ICRA]AAA (Stable) to Bank of Baroda's new Rs. 10,000 Cr Long-Term Green Infrastructure Bonds. It also reaffirmed [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) for Rs. 5,500 Cr Basel III Tier-I bonds, and [ICRA]AAA (Stable) for Rs. 1,000 Cr Infrastructure bonds and its Fixed Deposit programme. The assessment highlights sovereign ownership, strong capital, and improving asset quality.
