Asian Granito India Limited — Credit Ratings, 25-02-2026: Credit Rating

Infomerics has reaffirmed credit ratings for Asian Granito's bank facilities (₹155 Cr). Long-term is IVR BBB+ and short-term is IVR A2. The outlook for both is now "Rating Watch with Developing Implications" (RWDI), changing from 'Stable' for long-term. This follows NCLT's approval of the company's Scheme of Arrangement.
