Capricorn Systems Global Solutions' Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 2,39,76,000 fully paid-up Rights Equity Shares, priced at Rs. 10 each. These shares were issued to eligible shareholders in a 6-for-1 ratio. This allotment substantially increases the company's equity base. Previously, the paid-up equity capital was 39,96,000 shares worth Rs. 3.996 crore. Following the rights issue, the total paid-up equity capital now stands at 2,79,72,000 shares, amounting to Rs. 27.972 crore, reflecting a significant expansion for the company and its shareholders.
