Alpine Housing has opened a special window for shareholders to resolve issues with physical share transfers that were rejected or unprocessed due to documentation deficiencies prior to April 1, 2019. This window is available from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. Shareholders affected by such issues are encouraged to submit complete documentation to the RTA. All shares lodged for transfer through this special process will only be issued in dematerialized form, facilitating easier trading and management for investors. This helps regularize old shareholdings.
