Praveg Ltd — Important, 26-02-2026: Company Update

Praveg Limited secured a Letter of Award from the Government of Meghalaya Directorate of Tourism. This project involves developing, operating, and maintaining a minimum of 40 luxury cottages on 10 acres at Umiam, Meghalaya, under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) public-private partnership. The company has a 30-year concession period and 18 months to make the project operational. This expands Praveg's eco-responsible luxury hospitality offerings, strengthening its portfolio and reinforcing its asset-light growth strategy, while enhancing Meghalaya's tourism capacity.
