FITCH Ratings has assigned Indian Overseas Bank a new Long Term Issuer Default Rating (LT-IDR) of 'BBB-' with a Stable outlook. The agency also assigned a Short Term IDR of 'F3' and a Viability Rating of 'bb'. This marks the bank's initial global credit rating.
