    SCPL's board approved allotting 8.4 lakh convertible warrants to non-promoters at Rs. 317.65/warrant, raising Rs. 6.67 Cr (25% paid). Also approved: a new secretarial auditor and shifting the registered office from Amreli to Ahmedabad. These require shareholder approval via postal ballot.
