Zinema Media & Entertainment has announced a board meeting on March 2, 2026. Agenda includes a fundraise of Rs 14.80 Cr via preferential issue of 1.48 Cr equity shares and acquiring up to 60% stake in Beontyme Technologies via share swap. An EGM for shareholder approvals will also be discussed.
