The company has received an intimation regarding the transmission of 250,000 shares from a deceased member of the Promoter Group, Late Smt C D Padmini Devi, to her legal heir, Ms. Sheila Satish Divakaran. As a result, Late Smt C D Padmini Devi will cease to be part of the Promoter Group. This change will be reflected in the shareholding pattern for the upcoming quarter.
