SG Finserve Ltd — Important, 26-02-2026: Company Update

SG Finserve Limited has amended the terms of its non-convertible debentures (NCDs), adding an additional call option date for redemption on April 06, 2026. The company has extended the notice period for exercising this call option to 21 days, and the notice will now also be sent to debenture holders and the stock exchange. SG Finserve has received in-principle approval from BSE and obtained consent from the NCD holder and the debenture trustee. If the call option is exercised on April 06, 2026, investors are slated to receive a coupon interest payment of 0.742 Cr and a redemption amount of 50 Cr.
